Refund Policy

We sincerely hope that you will absolutely love everything you buy from us but in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the original order by CONTACTING US with clear reasons of return and we will process your refund once item arrives us in good condition. Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds but rather we will refund you store credits worth the amount, towards your future purchase.

All items must be unworn, in a resealable condition with all tags still attached and in the original packing. We inspect all returns and if we believe any of the above has not been adhered to, we can return the item to you at your own cost. Please note that should you refuse to pay for an item to be returned we reserve the right to dispose of it within 28 days. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. Our decision regarding the condition of the returned goods is final.

If items arrive damaged or you never arrive, please get in touch and we will offer you a resolution.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for delivery charges relating to your refund. Once your order is received, a FULL refund of the purchase price will be issued. (excluding any delivery charges you initially paid for the product).
