Once your order is placed, it will be processed by any one of our warehouses depending on the product and options you chose. For example if you selected to have your item shipped from the USA then it will be processed by our USA warehouse partners. Exact Shipping times can be found when placing the order.

As orders are fulfilled in different locations, it is also possible that you may also receive separate packages sometimes depending on the order(s) you placed. If this is to be the case, we will advice you accordingly so you know what exactly to expect.

Our orders are usually shipped via USPS, Royal Mail, Fedex and China Post.

Please allow 3-5 days on average for orders to be fully processed before we ship them out. Once your order is shipped out, you will be notified with tracking details.
